Mark Einsiedel is an associate with Fay Sharpe. His practice pertains to patent preparation and prosecution in mechanical, biomechanical, and biotechnology-related arts. Mr. Einsidel provides counsel to clients with his expertise in materials handling equipment and medical devices, commercial building materials and products, insulation systems, power generation, automotive components, consumer products, camping and outdoor accessories.

Mr. Einsiedel practices patent and trademark litigation as well. His litigation experiences include drafting complaints and answers, motions, dispositive memoranda along with conducting discovery. His litigation experience coincides with his prosecution experience providing his clients with the thorough analysis to all IP matters he comes in contact during his practice.

Prior to joining Fay Sharpe, Mark worked to start Disease Diagnostic Group to develop a low-cost, autonomous medical device capable of screening, tracking, and diagnosing infectious diseases through magneto-optical technology leveraging the physics of microparticles, optics, magnetism, and self-assembly. Mark further assisted DDG with its legal matters, including the filing of patent applications for its revolutionary device.
