Manages and implements all IP docketing functions including patent, trademark, copyright, and litigation docketing, annuity tracking and payments, initial file creation, maintenance and updating of docketing software and docketing database. Diane began with Vickers, Daniels, and Young in 1999 and joined Fay Sharpe in 2002 with the merger of the two firms. She is responsible for overseeing Fay Sharpe’s three docket specialists and working with the firm’s Management Committee to manage risks related to docketing.
